Class Description:
Power-flow Yoga
Improves overall strength, increases flexibility, and restores balance. This class begins with challenging strengthening poses and sun-salutations to warm up, a variety of balance poses, then core and spinal strengtheners, followed by deep stretching, ending with a 10-15 minute meditation. Intermediate to advanced. Beginners welcome, modified poses offered. Also great for any one seeking to heal and rehab existing injuries or if you just want to relax and relieve stress.

Private session: $65 for 1 1/2 hour
